The Global Instrument of Change community is always seeking competent and dedicated volunteers to help accomplish its mission of inspiring, challenging and empowering the current and next generation of promising leaders and strategic visionaries to become the driving force to bring about the renaissance needed on the African continent. Volunteers demonstrate their commitment by donating their time, talents and energy in making the Global Instrument of Change Conference and Scholarship Banquet a success.

Volunteers are integral part of making the conference a success and they can help in numerous ways: scholarship process, fund raising, publicizing the organization, mentoring, event planning and coordination.
